the hotel's location is so accesible. i found it easy to walk to the city center and the lake. the front desk service was particularly helpful, they offered a free rider pass. i used it every day to get around easily.

the room i stayed in seemed a bit dated.

the hotel enjoys close proximity to public transportation. the tram stops are nearby, very convenient. there are also two supermarkets, migros and coop, situated close to the hotel, this is really great.

I found the complimentary public transport tickets convenient. I used them all the time. the hotel's proximity to tram and train stops was great, i connected to bus services so easily. being close to migros and coop supermarkets was very handy. everything was so accessible, and i loved that.

the street noise was a bit noticeable at times, but honestly, i was so tired from exploring that it didn't bother me too much

The double or twin room included two bedside tables with lamps, i found them very practical. there was also a small writing desk with a chair. I used it for my postcards. the wardrobe had ample space for my luggage, i really appreciated that.

the breakfast area had a selection of pastries and breads. i also saw a coffee machine providing cappuccinos. fresh fruit was available, i made sure to have an apple every morning, it was so yummy.

The front desk provided a complimentary city map. It helped me navigate. staff offered information on local attractions and directions. They pointed me to the best bakery. i noticed they were always smiling. Very nice.

The hotel is near tram lines. I used them to get everywhere fast. i spotted multiple restaurants within a short walking distance. The options were amazing. the lake is just a few minutes away. What a spot!
